14-957. Criminal sexual penetration; child under 13; essential elements.
For you to find the defendant guilty of criminal sexual penetration of a child under the age of thirteen (13) [as charged in Count ________]1, the state must prove to your satisfaction beyond a reasonable doubt each of the following elements of the crime:

USE NOTES
